The foundation of Wel-Nest was born out of a passion for a people first - community first approach to health, based on community engagement, education, and industry partnerships.
Founded in beautiful, Bella Vista, Arkansas, Wel-Nest is a collective; a collaboration envisioned by a team of cross-sector professionals & partners with diverse experiences from across the US and UK. We focus on health and social equity, driven by a shared vision of changing the way we live, learn, work and play. We offer population health strategies to help bring health impacts into focus, utilizing non-traditional partnerships among different sectors of the community – public health, industry, education, recreation, health care, and local government entities – to achieve positive health outcomes.
We guide and collaborate on ways to protect and promote health and social equity in policies and projects during the planning and design phase, through to evaluation.

Natasha is a facilitator, developing innovative, applied learning methods and research approaches to community development.
